Leadership

Andrés Ospina, MBA

CreateValue is led by Andrés Ospina, an entrepreneurship strategist, program designer, facilitator, and advisor with 15+ years of experience across the US, Colombia, and the UK.

He started in corporate sectors before entrepreneurship took over during his MBA at the University of Exeter. After designing programs across Latin America — including co-creating USAID’s first entrepreneurship program for persons with disabilities — he moved to Michigan to bring proven startup methodology to the founders and communities that need it most.
